We received a very warm welcome. The service was excellent. The Wiener Schnitzel (Thursday is Schnitzel Day), the potato salad, and the Spätzle were delicious.

The four of us were there last night and received a very warm welcome. The recommended aperitif was spot on. For starters, we had two steak tartare dishes, one tuna, and one octopus. We were all very satisfied, and the waitstaff answered our questions about certain spices and preparation methods perfectly. For the main course, we had venison and fish, with lovely side dishes and a good wine. A wonderful and enjoyable evening.

Our first visit to Benders: Everything is absolutely perfect here! Great atmosphere, superbly attentive service, and fantastic food. Bea's super-friendly manner made us feel truly at home. We'd love to come back!

Why full marks? Because it's justified. What's "behind it" is skill, dedication, a daily struggle to cook against the German monotony and not just in a five-star restaurant... you're even allowed to lick the sauce off your plate with your finger... awesome. The service is enjoyable and they're happy to chat... You're welcomed and treated like royalty. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Down-to-earth cuisine with plenty of modern touches in a breathtaking setting and with super attentive service. The bread to start with is incomparably delicious. Creative and delicious appetizers and the best roast beef of my life. The best ingredients are definitely used here and prepared with love. The ambiance is very cozy, beautifully dark, with pleasant background music. Perfect for any occasion! We'll be back!

We celebrated our civil wedding ceremony at Benders in the evening. From the initial discussions regarding the schedule, menu selection, etc., to the reception itself, we were extremely satisfied. The service, food, and drinks were outstanding, and we and our wedding guests were absolutely delighted. Many thanks again to Mr. Bender and the entire Benders team. But as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

I visit Benders regularly and every single time it impresses me just as much as the last. The food is truly exquisite: incredibly tasty, consistently fresh, and never once disappointing. You can tell how much care goes into every dish. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Combine that with the phenomenal atmosphere—warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for both casual visits and special occasions—and you have a place that’s easy to return to again and again. Benders has become one of my absolute favorite restaurants, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We dined here almost every week over the past two months because it’s simply that good! The food is outstanding, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cosy, fun, and never too loud. It’s the perfect place to enjoy amazing food while still having a personal, relaxed dining experience. Highly recommended.
